Archived event notes
Each signed item required its own autograph ticket; being in a group did not increase autograph count. Limit of two cards per customer was enforced. Tickets and unsigned items for attendees were picked up at will-call with name or order number. Confirmation emails and receipts were not valid as tickets. The athlete could refuse certain items or inscriptions; refunds were issued for anything not signed. Policies are retained for historical reference and may vary by event.
Posed photo opportunities were offered prior to the autograph portion. Photo Ops were independent from autograph tickets. Guests provided their own camera; staff could assist with photos. Group and individual photo options were available.
Phrases like "Go Mariners", stats, or personalizations were allowed within event guidelines. No inscriptions on cards and no "Game Used" inscriptions. Each inscription required its own ticket and an accompanying autograph ticket for the item.
