Shipping Policy:
We ship all items securely and professionally. Your item will ship within one (1) business day after payment is received.
We offer free shipping on orders over $100 shipped within the United States.
Shipping fees are calculated in real time in checkout. The estimated delivery time is shown. Please note that this is not a guaranteed delivery date. Once the item is shipped, we are no longer in control of weather or logistics delays.
Return Policy:
-Memorabilia
To preserve the value and integrity of autographed items, all memorabilia sales are final. However, we accept returns for memorabilia within three (3) days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition and has not been tampered with.
We accept returns for items that do not include a direct or third-party certificate of authenticity, up to three (3) years after purchase.
-Damaged Packages
Please notify us immediately if your package arrives damaged. Do not open the carton to inspect the contents if you suspect damage. We will arrange for the package to be returned to us at no cost, and a replacement will be issued if inventory is available.
-Other Items
Returns for display cases, supplies, and unsigned merchandise are accepted if we are notified within three (3) days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original condition.
-Sealed Trading Card Boxes, Packs, and Cases
Due to the volatile nature of the trading card market and rapid fluctuations in prices, all Sealed Trading Card Boxes, Packs, and Cases sales are final.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately so we can work to resolve the issue. Returns not due to an error on our part may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Tax Policy:
WA residents will have 10.6% sales tax added to their orders.
