Will-Call pickup
Opens 2 hours before the event. Pick up physical tickets inside the store.

Bring your phone/camera • staff takes one posed photo • up to 5 people. Timing is subject to change.

One autograph ticket = one signed item. Please have your item and ticket ready when you reach the front of the line.

Items typically begin shipping / become ready for pickup within 2–3 business days after the signing (best effort).
Prefer not to mail your item? You can also drop it off by the deadline.
Can’t attend? Preorder a signed item
Choose a signed memorabilia preorder and we’ll have it signed during the event. No ticket pickup needed for preorders.
Preorder inventory is limited and may sell out.
Inscriptions (Add-On)
Every Autograph Ticket includes a FREE “HT 12” inscription. Want an additional/different inscription? Add an Inscription Ticket ($29) when available.
Short phrases only (~3 words). Inscriptions are subject to approval.
