How to Participate
- Complete the Item Submission form for each item.
- (Optional) Add Inscription tickets (limit details below).
- Ship or Drop Off your item(s) so they arrive by Wednesday, September 17th.
- Include your order number inside the package or attached to your drop-off item.

Return Options
- In-Store Pickup once your item is completed.
- Ship Back to you — include a prepaid return label, or purchase a label through the submission form.
Turnaround: Items begin returning 2–3 business days after the signing is completed.

“Flats up to but not including 16"x20"” covers all flat items smaller than 16"x20" (e.g., 8"x10", 11"x14", magazines, programs, tickets, etc.). 16"x20" photos are priced in the next tier. Additional fees may apply for game-used memorabilia, original artwork, oversized items, or high-value pieces subject to current market conditions.
Inscriptions
Inscriptions are $150 each. Limit two inscriptions per item. A separate inscription ticket is required for each. Only the following pre-approved inscriptions will be accepted (each quoted phrase counts as one inscription):
- Hall of Fame: “HOF 25”
- Awards: “01 ROY”, “01 MVP”, “01 ROY/MVP”, “07 ASG MVP”
- Career Milestones: “262 Hits”, “3089 Hits”, “4367 Hits”, “10XGG”, “10XAS”
- Jersey Numbers: “#51”, “#31”
- Championships: “WBC Champ”
Only inscriptions from the approved list will be honored. Unlisted inscriptions will be omitted and not refunded.

Beckett Authentication: Available for $8. Beckett will be on-site to apply witnessed holograms.

- All orders are subject to sell-out and availability.
- Ichiro Suzuki reserves the right to decline any item.
- Signatures are in English only (no Kanji/Katakana).
- We cannot guarantee exact signature or inscription placement, but preferences may be noted in your order.
- Mill Creek Sports is not responsible for manufacturer defects, prior damage, or pre-existing marks on items.
- For shipping, we recommend insuring your package both ways; use carriers that provide tracking.

Yes, include preferences in order notes. We’ll do our best but cannot guarantee exact placement. - When will I get my item back?
Return shipping/pickup begins 2–3 business days after the signing is completed. - What if Ichiro declines to sign my item?
The item will be returned and your autograph/inscription fees refunded for that item. - Will authentication be available?
