Packing Checklist: Use a rigid top-loader or bubble wrap on flats, secure caps/mini-helmets, protect all items, and avoid taping directly to the item. Include a printed copy of your order confirmation and any pen color/signature location notes. We’ll do our best, but exact placement and pen type cannot be guaranteed.
Turnaround: Items begin returning 2–3 business days after the signing is completed.
