This is a 3x5 Index Card that has been hand signed by Thurman Munson. The signature was graded a Mint 9 by PSA/DNA. It has been certified authentic by PSA/DNA and comes encapsulated in their tamper-proof holder. NOTE: There is one newspaper photo glued onto the index card. Additionally, there is a small piece of brown tape on the bottom of the index card, as shown in the photos.
